Help me pick our last cocktail station!

Help me pick our last cocktail station!

The three we already picked are:
1. Spanish Bistro - Seafood Paella, Marinated Loin of Pork, and Chicken Catalan
2. Mediterranean Seafood - Shrimp Scampi, Fried Calamari, Clams and Mussels, Seafood Ravioli
3. Mardis Gras - Jambalaya, Bourbon BBQ, Cajun Chicken

We are now trying to choose the last one. Which of the following do you think should be our fourth cocktail station? Pick one please!

Choice A: Tex Mex - quesadillas, fajitas, empanadas

Choice B:Carved Smoked Fish - Sliced Salmon with assorted breads and condiments

Choice C: Roman Feast: Chicken Portabella, Eggplant Rollatini, Filet Mignon, Roasted Garlic Croustades

Choice D:Rotisserie - roasted tenderloin of beef, mediterranean stuffed loin of beef, roasted turkey wrapped in bacon

We do not expect any vegetarian guests so that shouldn't be an issue.

YUM they all sound soooo good. I would choose choice C tho.

i pick this b/c the only meat i eat is chicken - so id probably eat the chicken and eggplant....

they all sound delicious! i would choose roman, because it is simple and non-seafoody, which is more to the taste of some people. personally, i would be hitting your mediterranean station....mmmmmm...

I would say it should depend on what's personal to you guys. ie, FH & I are choosing (I think) the Tex Mex bc our first date was at a Mex Restaurant, Italian because he loves my Mom's italian cooking and sushi because FH didn't eat sushi until we met and now he's obsessed.

What we're planning on doing is framing a little explaination for our choices at each service table, so our guests see that we've personalized their appetizers!

Then we're also having a 'signature drink' of sangrea!

They all sound so incredible and I can see a different reason for picking each of them! See if you can find another bride who was married at your hall and maybe they can help, even though the halls often change their offerings.

First of all, I know someone who got married where you are and had a terrific time, so great for you! Second, I would maaybe choose something smaller, since it's CH and go with either A (although that's close to your first one) or B or D, since they are more 'traditional' GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN! :)
