I'm in tears. I can't find any tattoo cover that works well. I have a tattoo on my chest and my dress is strapless. All the cover ups turn my skin colors because I'm so light. Anyone have any ideas????

Did you try DermaBlend--I hear they use that to cover up scars and tattoos. If not, talk to a make-up artist or a dermatologist because they'll be able to recommend something to you.

Just some tough love... But, If you got a tatttoo it must mean something special to you... When you got it you knew it was permanent - Why are you trying to cover it up? If you were that concerned with it why didn't you pick out a dress that would cover it.
Is it really that big a deal if it shows?
I say let the tattoo show! it may look worse if you try to cover it and you will futz with it all day and it may put make up all over your dress.....

i used Derma Blend and had my ake-up artist apply it for the day of the wedding.. see my album for my wedding pics.. and tell me i you see the tattoo

when you try to apply it. it doesn't look as professional as the way a make-up artist would do it. i tried it out myself.. and was flippin' the day of the wedding and tthe artist covered perfectly.. no one knew.

the same exact place yours is.. i have a big one on my left upper chest... with red and green coloring.. i bought 2 different colors and blended both colors.. and voila it was gone for the day!

well it did rub off a little on the inside.. but that was it... nothing a little bit of dry cleaning can't fix

Hey date twin!!! Are you having your makeup professionally done? If so, then I'm sure they can cover it up perfectly for you on the day of!!!
Dermablend with some powder should work really well.

I don't have a tattoo but I do have very light skin and have done battle with acne over the years that required major cover-up. The one things I found that really covered and didn't look obvious was Maximum Cover by Estee Lauder. I use the lightest color and it looks great.

Unfortunately, most of the OTC (over the counter) stuff doesn't work. I would recm'd contacting your makeup artist - preferrably airbrush to hide it.
