It looks like it could be either Priscilla of Boston or Kenneth Pool

If you go on the Kenneth Pool website, it looks like the dress style Majesty and Aria (more like Aria after I look at it, page 3 of the dress collection)

I think I tried that gown on or something just like it at Adriana's in Bay Shore. Very pretty!!

that is Kenneth Pool...saw it @ Saks.
My coworker tried it and she look gorgeous.

If you do a search on LIW there were 2 brides who also wore this dress
