Help me w/ pics

When I got my trial pics via email it says that they are .jpg format but when I saved it to my pic on my computer it changed it to a bitmap...

They won't post....
And I can't get them to post in shutterfly either.

Did you go to Shutterfly, choose upload pictures and select them off your computer?

Once you do that you right click to get the properties and copy and paste the URL in the 'Insert Web Image' link on the right, below the emoticons.
