help me with flowers...

Okay it is getting close to my wedding and I still don't know what I want for my BM's bouquets!

My BMs are wearing wine dresses. I am carrying all pale pink roses with no baby's breath (I love this soft look). My florist suggested that the BM's carry pale pink roses mixed with wine-colored roses, but feel like I want a little more variety than that, both in color and type of flower...and since the wedding is in may I want the bouquets to look a little more 'spring-y'. Any suggestions?

Maybe you could just add a little bit of texture to the bouquets by adding in things like sweet peas, peonies, and hydrangea in pink and for the red/wine flowers, roses and callas?

ETA: What might also be pretty is a mix of wine colored and white roses with little sprigs of sweet pea peeking through.
