We are having a small wedding, about 6 tables or guests. The room is great, so we don't want to take away from it or make it too busy, but we need something for the center. The hurricanes are about 10' tall There are little spray roses inside floating. The ribbon is chocolate and ivory.
Taking any suggetions or idea for totally different c-pieces.

yes I need to see the room and table sizes again, maybe ivy inside the holder (instead of spray roses) and rose petals on the table.
I need to talk to a florist to see what they can do, and set up for me, since I can't be there.

You can do the rose petals with 4 small plain votives around the it.

I helped a friend make very similar cp's once.... we filled the bottom of the vase with the sparkly marbles that you can buy at craft stores and then we got square mirrors to place the vases on and scattered the sparkly marbles on the table. You could do the same effect with rose petals - scatter them on the table.... but the mirrows underneath really picked up the candles nicely.

They are so pretty. Instead of floating the roses, you coule just fill them up with roses. This way you can give them already done to your caterer and ask them to put them on the tables with the rose petals, if they will.
