Tammy..

Right click on the 'start' button

Then click 'explore'

Then click where it says cookies.

Highlight every file except for 'index' and delete them. (Hold the control key down while you click on them to highlight them all at once)

This should do it!

and reset web
when it says are you sure
say yes!
