If it's at all possible - I would suggest seeing a trainer 2x a week. I know so many people that struggled for so long until they started working with a trainer. Not forever, but definitly to get started.

Also, start slow and build. Impossible goals will just get you frustrated. Aim for 3 pounds the first week, see how it goes, and then continue to make weekly goals. Keep your diet consistant and your exercise varied. Work hard - don't give up before your body does. It's gonna take hard work and discipline - but you CAN do this. Good luck! FM me if you have anymore questions - I'm an workout fanatic!

Weight Watchers is a great way to get food tips. Try joining a gym as well. Also with WW you get weighed weekly so you dont get sidetracked and meetings give alot of extra motivation and help!

You can absolutely do this!

Try to eat 5 meals a day. Each with a lean protein, vegetable. Healthy carbs in the morning and lunch time and good fats at the other meals...

Weight training 4 times a week with cardio 4-5 times a week will help...
FM me if you want some ideas!!

Hey girls!

I would suggest looking into The Biggest Loser Diet.. I know its just a show but I'm on the diet now for 3 Weeks and have already lost 8 lbs!! I was SO excited.! I have been on and off weight watchers for YEARS! and when starting it again I didn't feel very motivated to be on it.. The biggest loser definitely shows me how I should be eating throughout the day.. and let me tell you I'm ALWAYS eating!! If you do decide to try it out 2 books are very important! the BL Calorie Count book and the BL Cookbook(Fantastic recipe ideas).
Dont get me wrong you should be going to the gym at least 3 times a week and doing cardio as often as you can. My friends already see a difference in my body.!!

Let me know how it works out!!
