Ok ladies its been a while since I've stalked the boards...but for those of you who remember my situation, the divorce is in the works and I feel I've made the best decision possible! I've even reconnected with my first love who is such an amazing friend that I wasn't allowed to speak with when I was with my husband!
Ok so here's my situation....I LOVE MY WEDDING DRESS! I really do... I know that I will never find another like it and one that seems to have been made so perfectly for me. Can I save it for the next time around??? I know it sounds creepy but life has been so great that I know I will have my turn to do things right the next time around...
I bought this dress for me, not for him. I would be heartbroken to sell it. What should I do???

Hey there! How are you holding up?? I dont see why you wouldnt be able to keep the dress, you havent worn it yet and if its your dream dress then theres no reason you shouldnt keep it for your dream wedding!!! I think its a great idea, you'll look and feel great for a man that with think the same of you

Thats my theory...I knew my future ex wouldn't appreciate the dress, but since I've smartened up there is no way I'd marry a man who wouldn't be excited to see me in my dream dress!
I'm holding up great! I'm happy, my kids are happy, and the future ex is running around screwing any club hopper he can find...lol! So it worked out for all of us!

haha as long as you and your family are doing great, then nothing else matters!! Good for you, i'm glad Did the fundraiser ever happen? did they let you still keep the RH for that reason?

If it is your dream dress then keep it. As long as it won't remind you of the bad times or the ex...go for it. You will probably end up getting something similar since that is what you like and then you will pay even more in the future. So glad that you got out of that situation...good for you.
