killing me!!! since sat night i have been fighting this off and have taken everything.. alleve sinus, tylenol sinus, claritin, theraflu- nothing is working for me this time around. I am miserable... sorry just thought i would share!!

Jenn, you should think about seeing an allergist. I go to one, and I get shots for my allergies. My doctor said that I am allowed to continue my shots once I become pregnant. The shots are not medication, it's more like an immunization... they are giving you what you are allergic to so that your body can naturally build up its defenses. Therefore, it's safe for pregnant women in the right dosages. Couldn't hurt to check it out! I know how awful allergies are, I get them year-round.
Also, Allegra is the BEST allergy medicine!! Zyrtek works well too but has a higher chance of side effects like drowsiness. I love my Allegra! It's worth a trip to the doctor's for a prescription.

Just wanted to pop in real quick here. Without getting into everything get rid of the dairy (all cow related products - milk, ice cream, cheese, yogurt, etc) and your allergies will go away. The results will not be immediate but over time they will be gone for good!
