I have a rip in my veil. Does anyone know how to fix it? Its about an inch long.

Where is the rip? Is it near the bottom so it can be trimmed? Is it really noticeable? How many layers are there? Can you flip it around on the comb so the ripped layer is on the bottom?

It is a 1 layer cathedral veil. the ripp is in the bottom third of it. I don't think it is noticable, but my mom does.
