My friend's wedding is coming up and I want to have some color. Besides going tanning what else can I do? I was thinking of that spray on tan that people do. Every sunless tanning lotion I have tried did not work. Help!! Please any suggestions??? Thanks

I use the body shop one - I like it, but it did rub off a bit on whites. But I got such a kick out of myself with a tan that I loved it.
I just got the Jergens at Walmart--$4.44!!!!

i'm not sure if you specifically wanted lotion, but i have used the spray on tans from the booths at the tanning salon (at Beach Bum tanning) and it works well. they have three shades you can choose from, and the tan lasts for about 3 days. it's pretty easy and does not really streak much. I have used it 3 times and really like it :) good luck!
Does someone have to apply it for you? Where is beach bum located? How much is it?
Basically it is a spray booth called 'mystic tan' .Alot of different tanning salons have it besides beach bum tanning... there are beach bums located in astoria, bayside, old westbury... You stand in a booth and the machine sprays you for a few seconds from the front, then you turn and it sprays you a few seconds from the back (just like Ross in that episode of Friends). It cost $26 for one session (u will be tan after one session). It works great...practically no streaking, the color is nice... I would definitley recommend it for an instant tan. i luv it and use it now everytime i go to a major event :)

Thanks, I'll have to look into mystic tan. I live in suff county so I'll check out the salons around my area. I am definitely going to try Jergens hopefully I can find it.

I have a friend who got an 'airbrush tan'. They can airbrush bathing suit lines and anything else. I have no idea how much it was to do though. I actually just bought one from cvs the other day by Loreal called sublime bronze. I'll let you all know if I turn orange!

My sister tried the airbrush tanning, same stuff as going into a booth, except someone actually airbrushes in onto your body. I figured ok great, I will see what she looks like after she gets it done. She looked really good: except -you can't take a shower for 12 hours -she went to the gym the next day and her sports bra turned red, from the dyes in the tanning mixture, and it won't come out. So being that it dyed parts of her sports bra, I won't being doing it for my wedding. I don't want to take the chance you know. Hope this helps
