Hi everyone! I'm a new bride and this is my first post! I'm getting married at the Royalton on July 20, 2007. I was wondering if anyone has heard about the band 'The Next Phase' or 'Creations'?
Also, I really love photojournalistic style and I wanted to know if anyone has advice whether to go with Duet, Patken, or 12th Night?? Thanks!!

Why don't you try B r e t t Matthews? I just booked them this weekend. My co-worker had them do her wedding a few years ago & her pics were wonderful!

I highly suggest East Coast- I've heard them before and they're great.
Denisimo is my photographer and he also did my best friend's wedding- georgous pics, reasonable prices- denisimophotography.com

I am using Soul Revival for my band and I love them. They played at a friends wedding and they were great. Now it seems like a bunch of my other friends that are getting married are using them too. Their website is Soul Revival Link
I still need to find a photographer, seems like I have been looking forever, but I have just been out of town for business alot and haven't gotten around to it. So, I can't wait to see who people suggest

For photography you should definitely go check out Bliss Productions!
They're pricey but their pictures are just amazing!

I met with 12th Night last night and was really impressed. I loved Dom - very easy to get along with and the prices are great.

I would recommend 12th Night .. they are all so great and easy to work with. They were the one and only photographer we looked at and booked them on the spot

I just heard of Creations! One of the partners of my firm just went to a wedding and the first thing he said to me Monday morning was 'You have to get this band'. He seriously went on and on and on about it. I definitely trust his taste in things. So I called the venue where the wedding was and they told me that was the band. But I had never heard of them and when I googled them I couldn't find anything. Can you FM me with their info?
As for photographers, the best photojournalistic photographer I saw was North Island Photography. Angelica Glass is pretty impressive as well.

I recently went to a wedding that had an amazing band, their name was Rhapsody and they were with Skyline Orchestra's. I definitely recommend them.
As far as photography for photjournalism, my gf who is obsessed with this went with Silverfox Photgraphy in Mineola. I am going with Patken and I do know they do photojournalism also.
