Help, need opinions quick.

I am having a problem w/closing. The atty. blames the bank atty. and the bank atty. blames my atty that the title hasn't reached the bank by now and we are supposed to be closing soon.

My rate expires on the 10th and I have to pay .5 point on the loan to extend.

What can I do!!!!!!!

I am so upset.

Your attorney is the one who orders the Title Report. Did he/she ever get it back? If so, I assume he/she sent it back to the bank. If there's still confusion, try getting them both on the phone at the same time (3-way calling) and let them discuss.
