HELP - need to have by tomorrow am

Please help me! I have to email my uncle with all of my program information by tomorrow and he just told me tonight. I cannot find any thank you to parents and guests to put in the back of the program. Please help me ladies with any info you may have I am starting to freak out

this is what we have:
