I wish I would have known this... oh, a month ago.
Our apartment is FINALLY almost finished (it's been 'almost finished' for two weeks now).... but I will keep it in mind for future projects!

lol well the company has actually been around for a few years... but he and Shaun just went into business together... not that i wouldnt have recommended him because hes great... but its only now that would even occur to me since Shaun has a steak in it as well...
