Help!! New to the DIY thing!

Where do all you guys get the materials to make these awesome DIYS?????? Ive never been to this forum before...and would like to start! Thanks!

I usually get mine at Michaels, AC Moore. Are you looking for anything particular?

Two reccommendations: AC Moore (dont forget your coupons) and look in every weird place you can find. you would be amazed how many things you find in non-crafty places that may be exactly what you were looking for... (Also michaels, cedarhurst paper, and some weird little store that i dont know where it is that sells most scraps from larger operations, but always has awesomly cheap stuff)

me too, you can usually download coupons from AC moore. I also use Stampin up, but it'sone of those Avon-ie type places. Any questions just ask, we're here.

im looking to do STD's....I can get a kit from michaels or ac moore??? they sell them? is that what everyone uses??

If you want to make your own STD's you can get magnet paper from Staple's. They com in business card form or you can get a roll of it. That have read on here, but not sure where to get that. Then you can mount them in cards itha cute saying.
