HELP NO FLOWER GIRL

We are going to be stuck w/out a flower girl

I have no kids really in my small family & FH has a huge family but no gals young enough to be a flower girl

A friend's daughter was going to be our flower girl but they are having issues w/one another (the parents) so we don't think right now it is something they need to add to their plates

what to do??????????

Do you really want a FG? Or does it even matter? I mean...in my personal opinion, you don't need one.

I'm going to second this... a flowergirl is cute and nice to have, but not really a necessary part of a wedding... actually, really all that is truly necessary is a bride, groom, officiant, and a few witnesses (which in my opinion means close family and friends). All the rest is just the icing on the cake.

I probably won't have a flowergirl or ringbearer... there aren't any kids of the right age in either of our families, and to me it should be about including people who are special to us, not just finding random people to fill in various roles.

So, don't worry, your wedding will be beautiful with or without a flowergirl!

We didn't have a flower girl or ring bearer. We didn't want to try to find someone outside of our immediate family to be in our bridal party just so we could have a flower girl or ring bearer. IMO, flower girls and ring bearers are cute but not necessary.

No big deal--don't have one! We didn't have any kids at our wedding. No one thought it was odd or anything.

We didn't have a FG for the same reason. I don't think its necessary.

we have an FG--right now..but i have a feeling that my brother and his trashy GF might have issues agreeing on it...so if not...we od it w/o an FG.

we don't have a RB. honestly, i don't think it's that big of a deal to have a FG or RB....it might actually make the ceremony run more smoothly. no need to worry about the kids suddenly deciding they don't want to walk down the aisle, or screaming out in the middle of your vows!

We arent having a flower girl or a ring bearer. If we had some one we would've, but I dont really feel like I am losing out by not having one. Although they are very cute in pictures!

we are having a friends son as our rb and fh cousins daughter was suposed to be our fg but she backed out. long story don't even want to go there now. Im still angry.
so we only have a rb

I am not having a flower girl either. We have o young ones on either side that can be the FG so we are just gonna have my two nephews as the RB.

we are having two flower girls but no ring bearer. u dont have to have one if you simply dont have one... if you have two little boys why not make two ring bearers
