Help out a stressed out bride please! What to drop off at the hall??
Ok, I've seen them before, but being that I'm super stressed and super busy, can anyone tell me what I might be forgetting for my RH dropoff tomorrow??
Favors Donation Cards Toasting Flutes Cake Server Table Runners Bathroom Basket Placecards Seating Chart Cardbox Shoes to change into Final Payment Cake topper (DOC already took to florist - THANKS E!)
ETA: Menus Water Bottles Memorial Candle Signature Drink Menus Table Numbers Kids' Activity Books Cake letters ???
And while we're at it, what about for the ceremony/church? License Rings FG basket RB pillow Aisle Runner Petal Cones Programs Lazo Arras

any photos you want displayed the cardbox favors cake server toasting flutes cake topper guestbook and pen table cards seating chart board menus written instructions (it helps in the long run if you have items that are to go on a specific table)

You sound like you have everything covered-definitely bring detailed instructions as to where everything goes (how many favors on each table, etc.) My hall was very happy that I had that.

for the memorial candle - will you be showcasing pictures of your beloved ones? if so, make sure to put that in the box too! otherwise, you are a on point!

Take the Unity Candle to Church I know we are praying Yesenia but just in case get one of those huge Golf umbrellas. Your guest book/sign in picture to the RH
One thing that helped us out was that anything that went on the dais went in one box and was labeled on top and on the sides. All the items that went with the placecard table went in a seperate box and labeld. All the items that went on the guests tables were labeled and instructions were included (eg the children activities and crayons went on table #2, #5, #8 and how many went on each table). You may go in there with a bunch of boxees but at least they knew what went where and how many.

Lupita, I call the cake cutter thingie the cake server (I forget the real name) but got it on the list! Thanks!
Oh and I bought a big umbrella already in case it rains, which UNFORTUNATELY it looks like it will be on Friday (why is it that all the forecasters agree on that?!!?) - but rain is supposed to be good luck, right?

Have an extra set of the guest list and the seating arrangements with you, just in case the RH misplaces theirs.
Phone numbers and contacts for all your vendors.
Don't forget to bring with you the day of the wedding a hanger and garment bag for your dress for when the night is over.
