HELP - Past Villa Lombardi brides - problem with minimum

FH and I have been stressing out over the past week or two because a lot of our RSVPs are coming back NO or only with 1 person instead of a couple. Now, i think we are going to be at least 15 people shy of our minimum requirement. Did anyone experience this and if so, what was the result? We're going there tomorrow to pick menus so perhaps I can speak with someone then.

Did you factor in all the vendors you have to feed? Probably not 15 people but still adds up.

Villa will count vendors towards the minimum, by they will pay full price then. Still not bad if you have a problem with minimum.

If you don't make it, you're likely going to pay for empty seats. Maybe think of more people to invite?

That is how we went to Julykbride's wedding. We went to her wedding because she was short. If we can't get enough to the minimum. I will definitely be asking on here!
