I like the Third one! The other's are really nice too... If I am being honest though, I am not crazy asbout the 'please email their mailing address to'.... part. For me it seems like you don't know them well enough to even have their address.

There were of course some people I had to call to get their address but for the majority I had them already, and I feel a phone call was a little more personal. That's just me though, if you like it go for it
