Inspired by the thread this morning, I decided to play around in photoshop. Ha ha!
We are having a black and white wedding. Centerpieces are Calla lilies. No pink anywhere else in the wedding.
My original vision for the flowers was for the girls to have pink roses and my bouquet would be white & pink roses with white mini callas. The guys would have white roses (they refuse to wear pink) and FH would have a white calla.
I had noooo idea FH was such a girl and he made a huge issue about this at our florist appt yesterday! He thinks that it is going to look like a mish mosh and that we should stick with mini callas all around since we are having big callas for the reception and no pink anywhere else! He said it will look like we came from 2 different weddings!
Of course he says that the flowers are completely up to me though. Ha ha!
So, I'm rethinking our vision.
Should we stick to the original and have pink on one side and white on the other, or switch the girls bouquets to white mini callas and my MOH would have white roses added to hers to match me?
I am ususally a pink rose person but those calla lillies just pop! love it!

black and white through and through unless you are incorporating pink elsewhere in the men's wardrobe...

I would say if you don't have pink anywhere else, then I would stick to White calla lilles...
my BMs are having roses and callas, and MOH only callas, me only Roses.

Thanks girls! FH and I are going to discuss this some more, but I think I'm leaning towards the callas now since it seems to go better with our theme. (Plus I think he likes it more even though he would never really admit it.)
