Help picking readings

FH and I are meeting with our priest on sunday and we have to pick our readings. AHHHHHHH
What is everyone using?

2nd reading- 1 Corinthians 12:31-13:8a

1 Corinthians 12:31-13:8a is a popular one. My cousin said to me that is the one I am reading and I said ok.

We have the book since may I picked a couple that I like but I'm just not sold on any of them.

For the old testament, we used Genesis 2:18-24 (about making a suitable partner for man). For the new testament, we used I Corinthians 13:1-8 (love is patient, love is kind). I'm very traditional lol!

I was in the same boat as you. Nothing really stood out to me but I read a few to FH and he helped me pick...

Old: Genesis 2:18-24
New: Hebrews 13:1-4a, 5-6b

Hopefully our priest is okay with those. Are you picking which version of the vows you want?
