Hmm, I'm not sure about those boroughs. There's a David's Bridal on Northern Blvd in Queens (surely there's another in one of the other boroughs). That's where my mom found her dress - by fluke no less, but hey it looks great!
Otherwise, since I don't know any boutiques in those areas, I'd recommend expanding your search to Manhattan. I'd check out RK Bridal on 39th Street between 8th & 9th avenues. THey have a TON of MOB dresses! Also, don't count out Macy's, Bloomies, and Saks! Check their evening collections - I've seen gorgeous dresses/gowns that would be perfect for MOB/MOG.
