HELP!! PLEASE!!

Ladies, we stopped by the fox hollow and the Fairfield (where we have rooms blocked) for direction cards.

The Fairfield we are not worried about BUT a few things dawned on us...

1. The Fox Hollow has their Fox Inn on the reverse side. We are not blockingrooms there because of the HIGH HIGH HIGH Price.

2. The Fox Hollow gives directions from East and West. Nothing else. A group of FHs freinds are coming from out of town and do not know Long Island. If you do not know Long ISland, you will not know how to get to the start of their directions.

3. We need to put directions to the church!

We were planning on doing our invitations this weekend. Would it be confusing to have 3 sets of directions - on 3 pieces of paper? Should we do some scaning and changing and the diections ourselves.

I would put a notecard in about the hotel. Maybe you can make directions just for the OOTG on thier own card.

My friend made flyers with directions on them from the church to the hall and had them in a basket at the church. She had a friend pass them out. Not everyone attends the church.

I'd guess that most of your OOT guests will be staying that the hotel.

Here's how I would organize it:

CARD #1:
Front - Directions to the Church
Back - Directions to Fox Hollow
(include directions from hotel to these places)

CARD #2:
Front: 'Rooms have been reserved ... .... ... ... ... '
Back - Directions to Hotel (include directions from OOT to the hotel)
