HELP PLEASE!!

ok my situation is difficult, my sister who is my matron of honor will be 8 months pregnant by the time my wedding comes. now we went to davids bridal, they only had 2 styles and both were not good, went to helens and they have a lot to choose from ,they dont have samples.
does anyone know of a bridal center that you can try on the samples for maternity??? TIA

HMMM I don't know where you can go but I am thinking what if you pick a style and then order the material and have the dress made for her. Or order her a bigger size? I am not sure how she would be able to try it though. Sorry!!

Re: HELP PLEASE!!

Hi - first congrats on being an auntie!

My MOH is pregnant too. Back when we were ordering the dresses we thought that she'd be 8.5 - 9 months (it now it looks like she'll have a 1 month old instead!), so the dress shop had us order her a regular bridesmaid dress, but MANY sizes larger than she is. We changed the style to a more forgiving empire waisted gown for her (with thick 'tank' straps) & just ordered it like 4 sizes too big. A few shops told me that many designers don't do maternity or many maternity gowns because they recommend sticking with a regular, but big gown...Good luck & HTH!!

Re: HELP PLEASE!!

Thanks

If you stick with a regular dress, but with a belly-friendly waistline you should have A LOT more options. Good luck!
