Re: HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

You can check out the Holtsville Ocology site. They have an indoor atrium. It is free you just need to call them and reserve it. It is small inside and I don't know what type of flowers they have in Jan but its worth a try!

Re: HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

What about contacting reception sites that don't have parties for that date but have gorgeous interiors? You could try Vanderbilt Mansion, Oheka Castle, Flowerfield, Lands End, etc...maybe they'd let you come by for some pictures.

LaSalle Military Academy in Sayville has a mansion that rents out for weddings - they may let you take pictures for a fee?

What about Bayard Cutting Aboretum? I don't know if they let you take pictures inside, you would have to call. The house is very beautiful inside though!

Here are some pictures of the grounds, I think there is one of the house in there:

You should also ask your photographer - they know hotels and locations that will allow you to come in for pictures (I know my photographer had some backup places in mind in case of rain, I just don't recall what they were).

Stacey - Definitely ask Steve from Patken. He had a bunch of outdoor recommendations for me. He does this all the time. I'm sure he'll give you some good ideas.
