Help Please?

I'm coming to New York from Scotland to get married in August. It's only going to be small, with just us and our parents. I'm looking for somewhere to go after for a meal and wondered if anyone from New York had any ideas about a nice restaurant we could go to?

The Oak Room at the Plaza. I'm basing this totally on proximity if you are getting married in central park.
I've only had brunch there but it was nice and convenient if you are in the park. I'm assuming dinner would be nice there if you make reservations. Not in the bar area with all the tourists, its too busy.

you really can't go wrong with any on that list.
