Help please, FH and I had plans tonight ...

with friends of ours but they had to cancel.

Where can we go for dinner where we can sit outside and isn't a ton of money?

Or do you have any other suggestions?

this weekend at the suffolk communiuty college grant campus is the feast of mother cabrini

its like a festival with food, rides and games

im going next weekend, its alot of fun

What about Strikes up Union Tpke..but it's really a night place


Music, bowling, go carts and drinks and food

I think they have pool as well

Or try Cabana off Austin Street the block with Unos on it has a few places to eat outside

So we went to La Casa Cafe in Northport like Jill suggested. WE didn't ask to sit outside cause it was so buggy out by evening time.

The food was great but OMG... we called our names in on the phone like 45 minutes before we got there and we STILL waited til almost 8:30... which was a total of TWO HOURS until we got a table. Geez!

And let me tell you, the mix of characters in that place could have made Freud or Jung abandon their chosen profession.

So we sat in the restaurant, which has like an atrium enclosure, but it was dark by then so we didn't really get to see the beach. The food was great and TONS of it for super cheap, I brought so much stuff home, and I had lobster crab bisque as an app and it was one of the best I've ever had, sooooo good.

Bottom line: it was nice, I'd like to go back but not when I have to wait 2 hours.
