Help please: Waterview vs. Crescent Beach club

I am looking into both places. Does anyone have any feedback they could give me about these two places?

My friend got married there about 2 years ago over the summer during the day. It was nice. You have the beach in the background. The only thing I will warn you about is there are homes on the same strip and they are allowed to walk along the beach. So you have have someone walking by. The food was good and it was a great time. HTH.
