i use photoshop and then put it directly in the text box.

B/c I use photobucket and i have no idea how to copy the picture ...arrr

I have my pics in photobucket. When you are looking at the thumbnails of the pics...you can see different html codes...copy the IMG code, and that code you can paste right into the messages and it will show up.

I just resize it using paint. Save the new version and then upload.
