HELP! QUESTION!!

FH and I are going to book our hall today, 4 pm appt. Any ideas on what we sould ask and make sure we have in our contract? I am so afraid I will forget something then kick myself later!

Also, we are tossing around the idea of a Thursday night wedding. Opinions? Right now it's a Friday nght wedding.

I think a Thursday should be fine, I have heard that it is one of the most popular days in the week because of Price.

The only advice is to have everything that u want written in the contract.

I just recently went to a thursday night wedding. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I was exhausted the next day. Here is a run down of the day.


4:00pm Church in Northport (I had to leave work early to get there)

7:30pm CH in Bayville. (yes, there was a 3 and a half hour gap. totally obnoxious)

8:30pm-12:30am Reception

8:00am - Arrived at work (completely exhausted)

Please dont think I am being mean! I am just trying to give you a guests point of view. I think she couldve re-constructed the times, etc to make it easier for those going to work the following day.

i had a friday night wedding and it worked out well because people had two days to recover lol.
