If you get your invitations hand canceled, do you still need to put stamps on them?

YES you need to put stamps on them, the hand cancel is just so that the PO doesnt put it through the machine that puts there own postage info thing on it. You know when you receive mail, on top of the stamp theres that black squiggly line with a circle in the middle with date that it was sent
