I made stew today in my crocpot, it's been on high heat since 1pm. One of the ingredients is chop meat, so I basically fried it and then tossed it in to simmer. Is it possible for it to be pink? I swear, it looks pink. It looked fine when i tossed it in, i mean I fried it til it was cooked.

I don't think it could still be pink that was a long time ago... I usually put the meat in first and let it sit with butter for an hour before I put the rest in- so yours has to be done.
