Help! Quick marriage license question

Do you get the certificate the day you go or do you have to wait for it to come in the mail? Thanks

Re: Help! Quick marriage license question

You get the license the day you apply for it, but your officiant will mail it in once it is signed and you will get your marriage certificate by mail.
