Help Re: old R&B song

Does anyone know the artist or name of the song that goes like this:

Chorus:
'Who do love?'

Singer:
Girl, I'm in love with you'

Chorus:
'Are you for sure'

Singer:
'Sure as the sky is blue'

LL Cool J remixed it with Total but I want to fine the ORIGINAL. I love this song!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!
