HELP! Reception Timeline... how does it work?

So... we are having cocktails from 5-6:30. Then everyone is moving into the tent for dinner. How long does it take for the introductions of the wedding party, the first dance, my father is giving a toast, and the blessing. When should the catering staff bring out the first course? I want to optimize the dancing at the end. Also, when do you do the father/daughter dance and the bo-kay toss? So many questions!!!!! Thank you!!!

good question. I'm not doing everything, but I am curious about the timeline. I read that people know it is about time to go home when the cake cutting is announced.
