Help! RSVP/Response card tips.

I'm getting back my response cards from the wedding invitations I sent out and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to keep them organized and to track them as they come in.

Also, would like to know what brides are doing specifically to set up their table seating charts based on the responses that come in.

I have 51 days to the wedding and I'm getting a bit anxious that I don't have a system down for all this yet.

A friend told me that everyday when 'YES' responses came in, she would immediately write out the placecard. Then she just had to fill in the table numbers once the seating was confirmed.
