Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
I think it's cool! I think people will fill it out! I was thinking of doing something where I have a polaroid camera set up and like scrapbook pages with slits so they could take pictures and put them in. I have to figure out if it will work. I also love the idea of having like a frame that people sign too.

Do you really think people will take the time to fill it out? I would if I were at a wedding!!

Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
It's a very cute idea, but I'm not sure if all of your guests will in fact take the time to fill it out.
I have to confess that I am one of those people who avoids doing that sort of thing out of sheer laziness
But, if it's not too expensive, get it! I'm sure your close family and friends will enjoy it and then at least you can have that much to save as a keepsake.

I think it's cute and original but I also think that many of those pages will be left blank I believe family and close friends will fill it out, but everyone else will just walk right by it.

Ladies...thanks so much for being HONEST!!! That is why I love these boards!! FH was saying that, but I am thick-headed and needed to hear it from brides!!

Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
To be honest...I think it's a great idea and so cute, but I wouldn't fill it out if I went to a wedding that had it. If you wnat somethig unique what about a serving platter you can have them sign. You bake it in the oven for 3hrs after the wedding and the signitures are saved. We did this and we LOVE it! We used it for Thanksgiving to put the turkey on and at Christmas for cookies and sweets. We love it.

Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
I think it's very cute, BUT, I'll be absolutely honest and tell you that I have never once filled one of those things out....I've really barely ever actually seen one.
If you really want something like that and want to be sure that people def. fill it out, why not get it just for your shower or RD, and then you can have your guests pass it around the tables at which they're seated, and since it's at these two events, it will def. be the people closest to you that will most likely be in your life forever. Just an idea...

Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
I think its super cute but like the rest of the girls said...I don't think everyone will fill it out. Everyone didn't sign our boards and I don't think that took that much effort. lol

Re: help settle a wedding dispute!!!
I would fill it out as a guest, but as another post said, some won't but I still think it will be worth it. Did you ask some of the '07 brides how theirs went?
