HELP!!! shuttle issue!

So, I'm having an issue over here. I'm getting married in 1 1/2 weeks. That is nervewrecking within itself! The hotel my guests are staying a does not provide shuttle service to the reception. I did so much resesearch for the best price shuttle. I narrowed it down to SuperShuttle. What a great price. 3, 11 person shuttles for $655- both ways. The girl emailed me and said i could call to pay by charge or send the check to the office. I called and she didnt return my call. 3 weeks later, i decided to just mail the check (last week). It has not been cashed. I emailed her and she didn't respond. She still works there because the operator transfers me to her line. i called her cell phone and her mailbox is full. Now I become paronoid and started to research their reviews online. they have awful reviews. i want to cancel my check but i dont know the check #!!! Any advice? How screwed do you think i am???
