Help - Stephanotis Boutonniere

Help - Stephanotis Boutonniere

Since I have Stephanotis in my bouquet I was going to have FI have a Stephanotis Boutonniere (and the groomsmen will have roses to match the BM's).

What do you think of this? I like it but now I don't know if I should have him wear the pearls or the rhinestones (to match my bouquet). Will it look cheesy with the rhinestones? Help!

It looks soo nice, but here's the thing with stephonatis....they're super delicate and they wilt very easily. In a bo-k they should be fine, but I think I remember a couple of 06ers saying a while back that their stephonatis bouts didnt last.

I agree, you might want to make it a big flower (like a rose) with stephanotis accents instead. But if you do it, definitely no pearls or rhinestones. Too girly - IMO!

I'd say def not the rhinestones...the pearls are ok...rhinestones are too feminine in my opinion. HTH

I had 2 florists tell me this about steph's, they wilt very quickly. Is there another flower you could use?
If not I think the pearls or rhinestones might be too much for him!

Its gorgeous! But i definatly wouldnt put pearls or crystals on it... My FH would look at it and be like... r u kidding? It really depends on ur FH's taste.. I personally think that a pearl or crystal is gunna make the bout very feminine.. JMHO! I'd say leave it plain!

Im not so sure I would just do stephanotis. My FH is having a cala lilly with 2 stephanotis. That is part of what is in my boquet. That flower is very delicate to be alone. Y don't u give him a rose with stephanotis?

I would definatly do the Stephonits Boutonniere, its classy, hot looking and just stunning.....
I would stick with the pearl pins, no rhinestones at all....., it think it would look too girly looking for a man.

I love it! I would definitely see if your florist can give you two since they are delicate. I wouldn't do the pearls or the rhinestones. It will look great without!

It looks very nice but they do wilt easily. I would go with a Rose.

my FH will have a single rose w/ stephanotis bout, with no pearls. I just think the pearl/rhinestone thing is for your bo-k not FH
