I've taken a look at both the Swan Club and Larkfield Manor and love them both. The price points are both ok. I can't decide which one I love best. If any of you have looked at both venues could you tell me which one you like better and pls include why?

went to a wedding at larkfield it was nice. I booked my wedding at Swan club for July '13. the place is gorgeous, the food good, the staff GREAT. I have called them a few times to ask questions. and there always so nice with us. Hope this helps!!

Larkfield!! The grounds arent elaborate BUT we had our wedding there in March and it was amazing. They are so easy to work with and so accomadating. Everyone was calling our parents literally for days after saying how amazing it was. The food is fantastic No one I've ever heard from has had a complaint....look up reviews on all different sites....they give you SOOOO much! It's just really great.

Swan club! I looked at both also and recently went to a Swan Club wedding. Swan is much more updated and the indoor ceremony was gorgeous! Ceremony outside would be amazing. It was raining on the day .

Did you choose/ book? which room were you looking at for larkfield?

I haven't chosen yet but I think we would have went with Larkfield. I just like the look of the place even though Swan Club's gardens are beautiful. But we can't book Larkfield since its an hour away from us

larkfield is 45 mins from us BUT 2 mins from my moms & maybe 20 from my fiancee's moms house so, it works for us. Especially because we dont want to get ready at our house because our dogs are REALLY shedding a lot this time of year! lol

I love it... so happy it works for you. Have you been to Fox Hollow. We saw it last weekend and we're considering it. If so any thoughts.

fox hollow & larkfield were our top 2 for different reasons but loved both. FH wasn't negotiating on price and has a high guarantee (for bigger room) - also non-negotiable. I cant find one (legit) bad review for larkfield, but found several for FH. was willing to overlook if they budged on price... but no dice.

Really!! pls let me know about FH. Honestly I loved the room but I did feel a little rushed (granted we were late for the appt) and also a little bit of a cold feeling too. But like you want to overlook someting about them due to how pretty the room is.

funny we arrived early for our appt and were given coffee, bagels and other snacks
