Help - Tablecard wording - I have no clue!!

Okay. Tablecards. How the heck do i do this. I am clueless on these things girls.

Is it:

Mr. & Mrs. Jim Smith at Table 1 (on the same card)

Mr. Smith at Table 1
Mrs. Smith at Table 1 (on different cards)??

What about people who are married but have different last names??? Same card?

Mr. Jim Smith & Mrs. Nancy Differentlastname ???

or Mr. Jim Smith
Mrs. Nancy Differentlastname???

AND- last question -- can i scrap the formality and just use first names????

Jim & Nancy Smith ????

Mr. & Mrs.John Smith go on the same card.
Same applies for a married couple where woman kept her maiden name such as:
Mr.John Smith & Mrs. Margaret Jones

I addressed mine
Mr and Mrs First Jim Smith
Table 1
all one card...
and Mr Jim Smith and Miss Jane Doe
for different last names

couple are all on one card. The way you sent the invite worded is how your word table cards

I suggest you use last names unless its a very intimate wedding. It would be too easy to get Joe and Joe mixed up (or in my family Joe Joe Joe and Joe. We used this format:

Mr & Mrs Joe & Ann XYZ
Table 1

For married couples who use different last names I dont think you use Mrs. different last name I believe it should be Ms different last name. I believe Mrs is only used with your married name.

Mr. Joe XYZ
Ms. Cathy ABC
Table 2
