Help - the pounds are packing on

Help - the pounds are packing on

I have NO motivation to work out, and no will power. I just don't feel like doing it, and at the same time I am totally depressed that my clothes are tight and I look and feel FAT.

I think I might be revelling in the post wedding stress relief or maybe blues. I can't quite figure it out

Magazines are always a great motivator for me. I like Health and also Muscle & Fitness Hers. Seeing pictures of those fit women and reading articles about healthy foods always puts me in the mood to eat right and work out (and I'm like the laziest person on the planet!)
Now go work out!

Remember exactly how you are feeling and what you are saying right now. When you have time during the day, remember this post. Remember that you would feel so much better if you just go to the gym, or not eat that extra serving, etc.

To me, and I am sure this is also true for you, the pleasure I get from doing something good for yourself out weighs the pain of not trying and still feeling the way you do now.

Just imagine how you would feel right now if you did something this morning or last night that was beneficial to you health. Its this everyday that gets you closer to your goal.

That's how I get motivated.

Start by thinking about your goals and how much you want to achieve them, and how if you accomplish them, you will feel better about yourself and make an improved lifestyle.
