Help! Velvet or Silverfox???

I'm having a really hard time deciding which photographer to go with.

For photo & video we'd be spending a little bit more w/ Silverfox. And for what I'd pay for Velvet, I'd be getting more included. I honestly love the work of both Velvet & Silverfox, but I just wanted to see if anyone who has already worked with them has any feedback they'd like to share.

FYI- if we go with Silverfox I'd most likely have Don & Franco as PJ; and at Velvet we'd have Bob and his wife as PJ.

I also booked with Bob and Velvet Studios. Velvet did my sister's wedding in July of 2005 - she didnt have Bob, but her pictures are still just as gorgeous! and they were so great to work with! I actually met with Bob with my sister and her husband when they were looking for photographers- Bob was so nice that it stuck with me. And when Matt and I went to book, Bob remembered me and treated me like family. Check out my epics in my album! GOod luck with your decision!!!

I never looked at Silverfox. I did however look at 7 other photographers in addition to Velvet before making my choice. Our proofs are amazing. I am very very happy with the quality.

You know what my vote is...we absolutely loved SF...we had and still have a great relationship with John the owner and loved Don and Franco...Go with who you are most comfortable with...this is the vendor you will be with the entire day!

We got 1843 proofs...All of 3 discs, Access to proofs on their site and then proofs that are not stamped with their names on it.

I never looked at Velvet so I cannot compare them

Thanks! We LOVE them and I constantly am finding new ones I love in our proofs! They did an excellent job on video as well

Wedding was October 8, got the proofs back on November 22 (I think, now I don't remember, it might have been the 13th). I did not get them on disc because of the package we purchased. Instead I get all the negatives. My epics however I got on disc. There are some in one of my albums.
