help w/ ceremony music

Hi
I picked my intro and exit music and communion music, but how do you know what to pick for unity candle music and blessed mother flower music? I have the cd and the book...but I dont know which is appropriate. Help.

My churches singer sings Celine Dion's Prayer so beautifully so we are doing that for the candle.
