HELP w theme/colors

Help ladies!! I still don't have a theme and haven't finalized my colors yet :(( I originally wanted to go with bold colors (fuschia, burgundy, orange-garnet & olive green) but now I think I want go to with classic/elegant/understated.

Any ideas on how I can incorporate classic/elegant with a hint of FUN in my colors and theme??

Please share your creative brains!!

TIA!!

I honestly think that is sooo doable! If you love the classic feel why not have alot of white and champagne, and then have a hit of pink in small places.

im doin black white colors (red bok for me...red white for mohs white for maids)

black bm dresses

white linen

red rose petals on table

along with my hollywood /famous couple theme.

centerpieces are photos of fh and i dressed up as famous couples with rose petals scattered around

every table is a different theme.

my favors...small bottles of champagne...

my invites/cake/place card holders/ ALL hollywood theme.

I guess I'm using a mix of both. I don't really have a theme or a color scheme but my BM dresses are black and their bouquets will be bright red and bright royal purple flowers, I think it will 'pop' against the black. My flowers will be simple clean and ivory to match my dress. The BM bouquets will be the only bold use of color I'll have.

well black and white..can be the colors of the gowns *u white...ur girls in black)

thro in the bold color bo-k...centerpieces...

maybe go for a traditional black and white with a twist...have like the madhatter type cake that espo posted once...but like black and white...and whatever bold color you chose for the bo-k...

like it could be...sleek with a twist...a modern twist on black tie elegance.

Re: HELP w theme/colors

Well, what you can do is make your main color be understated, then have a bright and bold accent color. For example your main color could be a light shade of green and your accent color could be hot pink....or you can go with a brown and turquoise theme, that is very elegant but the turquoise adds some boldness to it...HTH!
