I'm having my wedding band custom made to go with my e-ring. I finally got the pictures from the maker today, and I can't decide if I like it as-is, or if I want her to add a small stone to it.
I'd add a small sapphire inside the 'curl' on the right side of the ring.
I could have her send it to me and then have a local jeweler add a stone later (she's on the other side of the country), but I'd prefer to decide now and have her do it, as it will be more expensive to have someone else do it.
I like it as is, but I think it would look gorgeous with a matching sapphire!

Wow, I think it looks beautiful as is (very original!) but I think if you put a saphire in the curl it will bring the two pieces together. Not too big though, just an accent touch

I like it just the way it is. I think it might take away from the sapphires in your ering. But you have to do what is going to make you happy.

yeah! that wouldn't be a bad idea. True, a diamond might make the saphire stand out even more instead of blending in with it.
ETA OOPS! I completly got the colors in your ring mixed up.... take this same ideology and i would say stick with a saphire, if anything, in the curl in order to make your diamond heart stand out!
