does anyone know who makes CB cakes? i would like to find out if they make fondant icing instead

I dont know who makes the CB cakes, but all cake makers have fondant ... its usually always extra thought ... the regular icing is probably free (if your RH includes a free cake)

Its actually erga bakery in Oyster Bay - 516-938-1613. They use cream not fondant. If you wanted fondant it is an upgrade but it does not taste very good.

Erga's bakery like previously posted. you are able to choose from 6 different styles. fondont is extra. I went with a outside baker though so I can't go into details

Call Erga directly for the upgrade...dont do it thru th hall because they will charge more...I want fondant too and emailed a pic to Ergas. The told me for the fondant and it would be about $250 more.

how much was CB charging you for this upgrade? $250 extra just to change the icing? WOW!

my RH includes the cake but not w/ fondant! i just love the look of fondant....... it looks neater, cleaner & prettier to me
