HELP - What color shoes

I have a wedding to go to in 3 weeks. There is no way 5 weeks post pardum that I can fit into my normal clothes so I went shopping. I bought this dress

What color shoes do I wear???

I actually have wine colored shoes, I but I knwo most people don't.

I'd say silver or gray if you have them, or a light beige that is close to your skin tone.

If you dont'have any of those & don't want to get new shoes, youcoudl wear brown or black . I would leave black as your last choice, but it would look ok.
